Shipping & Collections


We offer a delivery service to all of the mainland UK. We work with leading parcel delivery companies and the Pallex network to get your wining items to you promptly and with care.

Shipping is not automatically included on your initial winning invoice.

If you require delivery please call the main office 01254 476450 or email us at getintouch@dmrauctions.co.uk and we can prepare a quote and send a revised invoice out to you.

If you require a pallet delivery please can advised that these are ‘kerb-side’ deliveries.

The driver will not be able to assist with taking the items indoors. It’s best to have some ‘man power’ available.

The drivers will always be instructed to telephone you on the number you’ve provided one hour before arriving.

You can of course collect in person. We always like to put a face to the name and meet our bidders.

We have a great team at DMR Auctioneers and any of the auction porters will be more than happy to assist with the collection of your winning items.


Collection times are clearly explained in the email we send with your winning invoice.

COVID-19 UPDATE

In light of the Government guidance update that relates to the closure of non-essential retailers, DMR Auctioneers will be temporarily closing its doors to the general public.
Our future online auctions will still be running but all Public Viewings have been cancelled with immediate effect. DMR Auctioneers already offers an appraisal service for customers who are unable to attend viewings.
For the foreseeable, DMR customers are unable to collect their future winning items in person however, you can take advantage of our mainland UK delivery service whether it’s a single item, multiple items or pallets of stock.
